Your
needs
Our proposal depends on you needs. Do you want to send or rent the property? You just have to fill a short form with questions about the value of the property, the location and the target you want to address. Furniture
rental
We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality furniture to rent in terms of 1, 2 or 3 months. However, it is possible to extend the period. Also, if the buyer wants to keep the furniture and accessories for the property, we can set a new contract by the end of the rental. We are open to all kind of suggestions!
Draft on
the design
The perfect design comes from detailed information. We will ask you to provide a floor plan with marks and photographs of the property to send you a first quote. If you can’t access the details, we can go there and get the measurements.
First
quote
We will show you the first draft with all the work that needs to be done depending on the needs of the property and also the first design sticking to your budget and likes. Tell us your thoughts on that and when you are completely satisfied with the project, the costs and the estimated return on investment, we can set a deadline.
Development
You have our word – you will have the property ready for its promotion as soon as possible.
Our team of specialist will work thoroughly to assure that the property will be clean, tidy and with the final and perfect touch by the time you set the visits.
Guarantee
We are completely sure that you will be satisfied with the final result,After all you were there to speak your mind when decisions were made.
However, if there is anything that does not meet your expectations, we commit ourselves to fix it in less than two working days from the date of notice to guarantee your maximum satisfaction.

Tenemos una casa a la venta en Almodóvar Del Río (Córdoba), sin amueblar, y tras muchas visitas de posibles vendedores, el comentario … más repetido era que la veían pequeña, que no estaban seguros si en el salón se podrían hacer varios ambientes, que no se la imaginaban con muebles. No teníamos presupuesto para amueblarla, así que conocimos a Elisa y ella nos diseñó varias infografias a medida de cómo quedaría la casa totalmente decorada y ahora enseñaremos las imágenes a los posibles compradores y podrán ver todo el espacio y posibilidades que tiene la casa.
