At EIRE Interiors we process the personal data you entrust to us in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Here we explain what data we process, why, and what your rights are.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis
Contact form, email or phone. Your name, email, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project, in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or arrange a meeting. Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
If you commission a project. Contact, billing and property details, in order to manage the project, invoicing and the client relationship. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).
Newsletter subscription. Your email address and, if you provide it, your name, in order to send you news, projects and ideas from the studio. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Browsing the website. Visitor statistics with Umami, without cookies and without identifying you, to understand how the website is used and improve it; legal basis: our legitimate interest in doing so. And, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies for the same purpose; legal basis: your consent. More information in our Cookie policy.
Fields marked as required in the forms are necessary to deal with your request. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to reply.
3. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data, for as long as the conversation lasts and, if it does not lead to a project, for up to one year afterwards. Client data, for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records). Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide our services we work with providers that process data on our behalf:
- Webempresa (Spain): website hosting.
- Intuit Mailchimp (United States): sending the newsletter and managing contacts.
- Our marketing agency (server in the European Union): visitor statistics with Umami, without cookies.
- Trustindex (Hungary): displays our Google reviews on the website.
- Google (Ireland and United States): web analytics with Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies, and the images in the Google reviews shown on the website.
When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Mailchimp and Google are certified, or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to info@eireinteriors.com or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
7. Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy when the law or our services change; the date of the latest version is shown below.
