Common enjoyment as a starting point

But nothing could be further from the truth: What could be better than having a space to enjoy with family and friends, exclusive and direct, right under your home?

The communal area of this project was originally intended to be the developer’s office, as you can see in the ‘before’ images. It even served as a storage room at some point!

They contacted the EIRE INTERIORS team to explore the possibility of turning this space into something its future owners could enjoy together without worrying about anything more than that.

It is a large and open space, so the main challenge was to separate areas with different purposes so several groups of people could enjoy the spaces simultaneously. Some could be having a meeting or teleworking, and others could be eating or relaxing.

Thanks to a wooden divider and the combination of decorative elements and furniture, we unified several objectives in the same space, which will be enjoyed in different ways.
