Astur
The Astur project is a renovation of an apartment in Málaga city.
The client, a bachelor, was looking for functionality without compromising aesthetics. The combination of masculinity and vintage style is a main feature. We took care of the entire renovation project to give it a more personal touch, counting on the client’s involvement in the decoration.

A second chance for this home
The first thing we did was change the distribution. Before, when you entered, there was a hallway; now, there is an open plan room that doubles as a living room and entrance hall. We designed the kitchen to measure, seeking the greatest functionality and a cosy effect. We created a tailor-made bench with pallet wood that acts as a dining room next to a table, making the most of the distribution of the space.
Our main goal with the bedroom was that it should be cosy and inviting. We used green and brown tones to create a palette that is both warm and fresh at the same time.
We changed the placement of the toilet in the bathroom in pursuit of functionality, and the result was an original bathroom bursting with personality.
Finally, we addressed the second bedroom, a simple guest room, and last, the office.
What was the objective of this property? Extend the spaces and give the property a second chance. Objective achieved!
