LAR Penthouse
Each home tells a story where the tenants are the leading characters. We wanted to capture that in this Home Staging project in Benalmádena: to set the scene and bring light into the new home of its future owners for their enjoyment for years to come.
The project
A penthouse ready to enjoy
This property in Benalmádena was an empty shell, and we were to decorate the hall, kitchen and terrace. After analysing the property, our team at EIRE INTERIORS started to develop and design a home staging project to increase its chances of enjoyment.
Based on a contemporary style and starting from a rather cold and grey base, we used wooden elements to bring warmth and black metallic decoration and update it to our times. We used complementary tones like green to provide the brightness and freshness it lacked.
We created different areas on the terrace, a relaxation area, a dining area, an armchair perfect for reading a good book and a sun lounger area to make the most of the sun on this sunny coast.
The result, as you can see in the pictures, is incredible! We always ask ourselves, as potential buyers, which option would you choose: the before or the after?
