After working with us on the Sun & Golf project, our client contacted us again to furnish another Villa in the same development in Estepona. They had only two left when they contacted us the first time, and after a good experience in the first project, they entrusted us with the Home Staging project of the second Villa.

The project
As we do in all our projects, once we analysed the target client, who we already knew from the previous project, a middle-aged Northern European client, we considered giving it a modern style.
We produced the inspiration moodboard, which we presented to our client along with a detailed budget that met her needs. Within a few days, we got the go-ahead and started ordering materials and furniture, and in less than 10 days, the assembly started!
The palette for this project was based on whites, and the accessories and decorative details were in neutral tones and slightly saturated pink. As always, neutral tones are essential in any home staging project.
As for the furniture, the pieces were sober but modern, with straight lines. The materials used were walnut wood, glass and warm textures with natural cotton fabrics. Seeking balance in everything. They all follow a similar line, with straight lines and noble materials.
In this type of villa, the furniture should be completely in-synch with the structure, not only in terms of style but also in terms of quality. Choosing poor-quality furnishings would ruin the customer’s viewing experience.
On the ground floor, much more modern decorative accessories were chosen to give the Villa a distinctive touch. Achieving a contemporary living room invites the potential buyer to linger. The star of the show is the armchair, which any buyer viewing the Villa will want to try. That’s the key, comfortable sofas and an armchair the buyer feels they can make their own. Their very own corner!
In the bedrooms, we chose a modern but slightly warmer decoration to give them the soothing touch they need. Very soothing shades of blue were used in the other rooms. In the master bedroom, the neutral tones plus powdered pink were used to continue with the same line as on the ground floor. The outdoor space was also enhanced, playing with the terrace of the master bedroom.
