How to combine several personalities in one style

After a full and experienced professional life, this family contacted EIRE INTERIORS to make one of their family dreams come true: to have a 100% personalised home in line with their tastes.

With their children now grown up, the main challenge of this project was to unite several styles and personalities so the generational clash would not interfere with the main style.

There was no defined entrance area when you entered the property, so our EIRE team got to work to provide a customised solution. We achieved this with an oak-slatted panel, a cabinet with two floating drawers, and an irregular-shaped mirror.

The upholstered chairs and the oak table in the dining area, complemented by a mirror and a large lamp, create a warm atmosphere. In the living room, two made-to-measure elements were carefully placed: the sofa and the television unit, highlighting the blue and ochre tones of the fabrics.

Moving on to the more intimate rooms, we faced another challenge: two youth rooms, each with its own personality.

The wallpaper used throughout the master bedroom is spectacular, with its natural fibres and warm tones providing extra warmth. It was complemented by lamps that combined gold with glass. The dressing room has also been functionally designed and adapted to the owners’ needs.

Finally, this property has a small room used as an office. Here we placed a desk with two workstations, a reading area with an armchair and a large custom-designed bookcase.
