If you are as much of a traveller as we are, we are sure that when you rent a place in your chosen holiday destination, you are probably looking to feel at home. There is no better welcome to a city you don’t know than accommodation that makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
This is precisely the feeling we wanted to transfer to this Home Staging project for holiday rentals in Málaga.
The project
Home away from home
The owners of this flat in Avenida Pacifico had rented it for a long time on a long-term basis. Eventually, they changed its use to a holiday rental property and a seasonal second home for themselves.
As they did not physically reside in the city, they had an added difficulty: How do you do this refurbishment project without supervising or visiting the flat? They contacted our team at EIRE INTERIORS, who took care of everything from start to finish without them having to worry about a thing.
The next challenge for EIRE was to combine the owners’ personal tastes with the functionality of home staging for holiday rentals in Málaga. After the first meeting with them, we set to work on a proposal inspired by their immediate surroundings: the direct sea views and the very name of their location.
We materialised the warmth and comfort that a holiday home must transmit, with earth tones, contemporary-inspired blacks and whites and ethnic touches with sea views. A modern, practical and elegant design that both tenants and owners can enjoy. A home from home!
