When a home comes to life

This property in the centre of San Pedro de Alcántara (Málaga) had been inhabited for some time until our client contacted us to prepare it and optimise it for sale.

When we entered it, we soon realised it could not be put on the market as it was: its dark, old and closed atmosphere was not exactly a friend of a quick and efficient sale!

After analysing it, our team came up with a complete Home Staging design to bring this property back to life.

Based on a Nordic style, we painted all the walls white and added complementary touches of ochre or green in pursuit of brightness, spaciousness and freshness.

Although almost all the furniture was old, we kept the kitchen, cupboards and bathrooms, one of which we transformed into something completely different by painting its tiles and subtly decorating the room. The kitchen was also kept virtually intact, except for some decorative elements here and there.

The main feature of the bedrooms or the living room was the use of fabrics with cosy and warm colours, providing that feeling of well-being that everyone looks for in their future home.

The result, as you can see in the pictures, is incredible! We always ask ourselves, as potential buyers, which option would you choose: the before or the after?
