The property had been rented for more than a year, and the quality of furnishings and decor was not in keeping with the stately air the villa deserved. Renting is not the same as selling, and it was clear to our client that he needed help to convert what had once been his home and now no longer looked as elegant as it deserved. We wanted to make it an aspirational home that buyers would like as soon as they saw it.

We got down to work on this project and sent them a moodboard proposal with our inspiration. This case was challenging, as the house was full of furniture we thought could be used, so we only included the furniture we considered essential for the transformation in our budget. They immediately accepted our proposal, which they loved, and in just two weeks, we transformed their home into a much more elegant home that demonstrated all its possibilities.

Given the furniture already in the Villa, we chose a Nordic style with small new classic touches to give it the warmth and homeliness that the house needed. The client was delighted with the result, and by uploading our videos of the result to our social media, we already had several interested buyers! Home staging clearly works!
