This project is the perfect example of a home staging project in an empty house. It is a fact that most people cannot see the possibilities of an empty space. This is why an empty house generates a feeling of being smaller. This is why an empty house generates a feeling of being smaller. We were approached by a well-known property management company on the Costa del Sol to furnish this fantastic Villa on the New Golden Mile. They needed their clients to fall head over heels for this property and buy it immediately.
The project
The target customer was European, upper-middle class, with a family. Given the architectural characteristics of the house, it called for a minimalist style to which we added New Luxury touches, so the inspiration for the project followed this line.
As this was a home staging project in a new home for sale, the colour palette was based on neutral tones, on this occasion playing with whites, beige, and blacks. We chose warm and natural fabrics and followed an airy and simple line. Curtains, rugs and blankets were placed to make the interior much warmer and homely, which is a maxim in home staging.
As for furniture, we combined delicate pieces in glass and walnut wood, playing with the strong contrast between walnut and glass. There were no unnecessary elements, just the essentials for functionality and beauty.
Our clients were delighted with the result and, in fact, called us back within a month for another similar project. The result is clear to see!
